This is how our TEFL graduates feel they have gained from their course, and how they plan to put into action what they learned:
The future tense I think is one of the hardest of all of the tenses. There are seven, and it seems like you can say the same thing in each of the tenses in different ways. Many of these tenses are rarely used as well in every-day speaking. However, I learned a lot about each tense, and I use them everyday without even knowing it. My first reaction was that it was going to be easier than the others, but it was difficult. Initially, I was confused why the present tenses were there, but after analyzing for a while, it makes sense. I believe these present tenses in the future form are going to be the hardest to teach and the hardest for the students to understand, because how can one tense be used in two tenses? I understand it and it makes sense after studying it. Overall, I enjoyed learning about the future tenses.
