I have learned various teaching methods and techniques that will be useful for me to utilize with my students. Certainly, I appreciate knowing the ESA lesson structure. The games that can be used during the \"E\" stage are very much useful. Hangman, the game, I did know about; however, word linking and information search games seem to me very interesting to use with my Level 5 class.
In my opinion, I found this unit incredibly useful, especially since I am teaching a Level 5 class and this group of students require a great deal of structure. I learned about what I need to work on. As far as the engagement stage, I think I do well. However, I need to time my lessons better, so I may have more than enough time to activate all my lessons while still making my lessons entertaining. Finally, I learned that student errors are different from mistakes and where to make the most student corrections as an ESL teacher. To conclude, this unit was very useful to me, and I feel very appreciative for the knowledge.
