This is how our TEFL graduates feel they have gained from their course, and how they plan to put into action what they learned:
In this final unit of the course, the content of the unit focuses on troubleshooting - analysing and correcting (or at least making the most of common problem situations) that may arise during teaching. Some of the most common problems that teachers encounter in the classroom include reluctant students, use of native language, difficulties with listening texts, and so on. Techniques on how to start a new course effectively (for a new group or an existing group) were discussed, in addition to manoeuvring how to deal with large classes and multi-level classes.
