This is how our TEFL graduates feel they have gained from their course, and how they plan to put into action what they learned:
In this unit, I have learned conditionals and reported speech. Each conditional (zero, one, two, three and mixed) has its own form and usage. Time is to be determined so it would be easier for students to identify what condional to be used. For direct speech (quoted the exact words of the person speaking) and indirect speech (reporting what the person said without quoting his/her exact words), tense changes for reported speech when the reporting verb is in the past. I also learned that there is no quotation mark(s) in reported speech because we are not quoting the exact word(s) the person has said.
