Unit 3 is about theories, methods and techniques. This unit starts to get into the real meat of teaching in my opinion. Because in this lesson we learn the various methods one can implement in their teaching while addressing the pros and cons to these methods. The unit also has a breakdown of the Engage, Study and Activate lesson structure. This can be very helpful as a template for lesson structures. The unit then gives an extensive list of ideas for each of the stages of ESA. Towards the end it includes a section that gives tip on when and how to correct mistakes and errors. All in all this was a very interesting and helpful unit.
