In this Unit I have learnt about classroom management . the useful uses of Eye contact , gesture and voice in class , using student's names , grouping students , individual students' working advantages and disadvantages , pairwork , groupwork . I also learnt about classroom and seating arrangement , writing on board , giving individual attention , teacher and student talk time as well as their advantages and disadvantages . Giving instructions is also something I came across along with establishing rapport , maintaining discipline ,reasons for problem behaviour , preventing problem behaviour and finally responding to problem behaviour .
