In this unit, I have learnt about the difference between various student groups. The most common ones are young learners, business groups, monolingual groups and multilingual groups. For each group, we have to pay attention to specific details for them. As to teach young students, we need to keep them interested in English classes, make them motivated and happy. For business English learners, we have to do some research about their company's background first, then we can approach the students easily. For multilingual students, we have to pay attention to individual cultural difference, but they tend to learn faster, because they have to use English as the communication tool. For monolingual students, they might improve slower than the multilingual ones, but they are easier to be found common interests.
