The productive skills consist of two parts which is speaking and writing. Almost most of the time, writing has been neglected by most people. Usually students really eager to speak more fluent than write better. In my opinion this could be true because speaking is much more practical as we use it in our daily life or when you go travelling. Writing on the other hand is more of producing articles or stories or even a blog in nowadays life. Whether it is in formal or informal format, writing takes time to be planned and executed. But I guess, well written articles will be much more appreciated than just a good speech.
