I felt that this lesson required a lot more individual thought than the previous lessons, even the introduction to the ESA method. While in the past the information has been more of the cut and dry variety, here it was all about learning how to be flexible in the classroom. This was mainly due to this lesson being focused on Teacher and Student Interaction, and how to make it as healthy as possible. For example, what kind of grouping and seating arrangements would be best suited for specific students. There is no standard answer, but rather the teacher must use his knowledge and experience in order to create the perfect learning environment for the individuals whom he is teaching, and be prepared to deal with any issues that might come with that.
