This unit provided useful tips for teaching special groups of students. I learned special techniques for teaching beginners such as asking lots of questions, revising constantly and also the importance of visuals. Another group that was highlighted in this unit was Business English Learners and the different issues that have to be considered when teaching these students. One problem with this group of learners is that they are often tired and as such the material might have to be less challenging than usual. The advantages of teaching multilingual and monolingual classes were also covered in this unit.
