This is how our TEFL graduates feel they have gained from their course, and how they plan to put into action what they learned:
This unit described one of the trickiest areas of English for both students and teachers-grammar. The different parts of a sentence were broken down and explained in detail. Additionally, the difference between uncountable and countable nouns was highlighted. I appreciated this unit as a brush up on some grammar points of English that can be difficult to explain to foreign students due to the differences in the way English sentences are constructed compared to sentence structure in other languages. I have noticed that the noun tends to follow the adjective and verb in many languages, whereas in English we usually state the noun before giving a description.
