The ESA, Engage, Study and Activate approach is probably one of the best in countries which English is a foreign language.
In the ESA approach, there is a lot more communication between the teacher and student. By engaging the students, they would feel more motivated and less boring and at the same time, they would have more exposure to the language. They also get to learn and the opportunity to use what they have learnt in the Study and Activate stages.
The ESA approach is also a less \"teacher-centered\" where teachers teach or talk more. Having an overview of all the participants is a plus point for the teachers.
