This final unit deals with some of the problems the ESL experiences in class or the potential ESL will experiece in class. Some of these problems may include: first lessons, warmers, large classes, reluctant students, just to name a few. The reality here is that the teacher was expect real life situations like this in his career and should be better prepared to handle them than running from them. Teaching large classes or a group of less motivated students may seem daunting but a truly committed teacher will find solutions to such a problem like encouraging pair work or role-plays. And using first lessons in most classes to get to know your students well, as well as establish a bond which will serve as a motivational factor to get the best out of them.
