In this unit, the productive skills, wriitng and speaking, were covered. The different activities and layouts of the classes were shown to teach students these two different skills and how to enhance the learning of these two skills. Also, the difference between accuracy and fluency also came up. Accracy more prevelant in the writing phase and fluency in the speaking phase. Students also need to build confidence by doing practice activities in order to creat an enviroment to use productive skills accurately and fluently.
The examples during this unit were again very useful and helped to clarify the points being made within the unit as a whole and also gave me new ideas of games and activites for my own classes.
I learnt a lot from this unit about how to plan my lessons.
