Unit 10 consists of two videos of a lesson on the modal auxiliary verb can/can't using animal vocabulary. The second video demonstrates how a teacher's attitude, use of gestures and images, and interaction with students can greatly improve the students' experience and understanding of a lesson. The first video gives examples of mistakes a teacher can make, primarily issues of poor direction and a lack of engagement with the students, whether it is through not knowing their names, talking at them rather than eliciting information, or simply repeating information without regard to the students understanding what has been presented.
