I have learned there is a difference between countable nouns and uncountable nouns. I did not know that before and found it rather interesting. I have always new about adverbs, adjective and conjunctions but I after reading I have a much better understanding of their purpose. I also found that reading slower and really absorbing the text makes for a great strategy to analyze the usage of the words to gather an idea of how they are being used and if they are being used properly. Because I am native english speaker I find that I read rather fast and skim of words and not really understand the text. By reading slower I am able to have a better understanding of the meaning and the usage of the text.
