My biggest take away from watching these two videos is the power of a positive attitude. Showing up to a classroom as a teacher who is engaged, welcoming and knowledgable about the material they are going to teach will make a massive difference in the behavior of students. In addition to this, it is critical to provide lessons with activities that will be able to excited and engage students. Activities will give a teacher a clear idea of where students are struggling and make it known to the teacher how to adapt to help them further. Along with this, a teacher should never turn away from students, act disinterested or leave the classroom at any given time. Teachers should be readily available to their students, and never make them feel inferior for not understanding a concept.
