At the start of my teaching career,this unit has taught me that it is very important to have a well structured lesson planner so that I have a clear guide as to what I will be teaching .It will also help me to refer to it during the class.In that way ,I will have all the necessary equipment and materials needed.Moreover,it will be a record for future use.I would definitely work on the ESA method as it gives the students and the teacher flexibility.Sometimes the engage or activity stage might take longer and adjustments can be made in the time provided.It will give me great satisfaction if my objective of inculcating a sound knowledge of the subject I am teaching has been achieved.
