Lesson planning is a very important factor for the success of an inexperienced teacher as it provides an aid to the planning process,a working document and a record for further lessons.The lesson plan has to be simple,flexible,structured,not in form of a script and must have the suitable balance between different skills.For the teacher to be organised the lesson plan must be read carefully before the class and all the aids and materials needed must be availble,all the machines that will be used must be checked and the student seating must be set and of course the teacher shouldn't forget to come a bit early to chat with the students to break the ice.The lesson plan usually includes learner objectives,personal aims,aids,phase,procedure,language point,interaction,timing,student number,student names and class level.
