A very concise unit which illustrates the tasks that can be carried out from the first meeting of a client or business group, all the way to the end of course evaluation. Whether by the students themselves or by the students and management/administration. This lesson also includes various types of business test descriptions as well as the real world creation of a syllabus and the levels of students a teacher may encounter. As well as sample tests for needs analysis and diagnostic levels of English skill.This unit introduced several types of teaching aids that can be used to help students engage in the classroom. I particularly liked this chapter because it gave a wide selection of technological aids that could be used. I don't consider myself to be particularly tech savvy so it was nice to have some easy to use options as well. I think that the white board tips were very helpful because that is something that most teachers will use on a daily basis, but that I don't currently have much experience using.
