I learned a lot about the potential benefits and drawbacks of certain classroom arrangements, and how a horseshoe can create a more intimate dynamic. It seems like a fine line between allowing students to communicate with each other and express ideas while at the same time maintaining a controlled and orderly learning environment. I feel like that is something that must be addressed once you are more familiar with the classroom dynamics of your students.
