In this unit, I was able to learn to remedy some issues that may occur in the classroom. I liked the \"same material, different tasks\" approach when dealing with different levels. It would be a good idea to provide a group with the same material and then have them divide up the tasks based on their level/comfort themselves. This could help reluctant learners as well. Putting them in a smaller group and comprimising the task with their group would make them feel like they are an essential part of the group when it comes time to contribute.After completing Unit 12: Teaching Productive Skills along with Unit 11, I find teaching English grows and grows in complexity. There are so many small factors to learn, I worry how will students be able to learn it all. I find myself questioning how to prioritize everything in each lesson, and where does the balance come in. I hope to have students who I am able to connect with and will feel comfortable to make mistakes with me. I enjoy all of the psychology that goes into teaching and am excited to put theories and lessons into practice.
