I enjoyrd this lesson. It is short and concrete. It is about techniques for teaching grammar, vocabulary or functions. The unit includes different ways of teaching new language with sample lesson plans and suitable activities. I think Vocabulary represents one of most important skills necessary for teaching and learning a foreign language. People need to use words in order to express themselves in any language. It is the basis for the development of all the other skills: reading comprehension, listening comprehension, speaking, writing, spelling and pronunciation.The present tense has four different tenses: simple, continuous, perfect and perfect continuous. Each aspect has different forms and usages. I have learned that using the present tense is deceivingly difficult. Each of the forms have certain guidelines in order to express the intended tense. I think it would be effective to use examples happening at the moment in time during the lesson. I would start by stating what I am currently doing. Then, give examples by saying what a 1 or 2 students are doing. Afterwards, have them work in pairs to form their own sentences.
