This unit gives insight into the method of planning and executing a lesson. The example lesson plan is very helpful and allows me to see what I should be writing in my own. The idea that lessons should be flexible is a good point and one that I focus on, because it is almost impossible to fully predict what the students will find engaging and what will be boring to them. I will be using the lesson plan sheet in my classes and I feel this will greatly help keep my classes structured.I found this unit extremely beneficial to understanding what to expect in the future in an EFL classroom in terms of the different range of pupils that I will come across. There were many useful points that I learnt that I did not previously know, for example that a \"beginer\" could be a student who has already attended English lessons or that businesses often need training in English. I did not consider this as an avenue previously and look forward to teaching this in the future.
