Being able to manage a classroom of students is important and will directly impact the students' abilities to learn effectively in the classroom. Eye contact, good use of gestures and voice are ways that teachers can help manage the classroom and prevent behavior problems. Other factors are grouping students appropriately, classroom arrangement and the amount of teacher talk time. Building rapport with students will help the classroom run smoothly as well.I learned the techniques of teaching each of the vocabulary, grammatical structures and language functions. Furthermore, I got to know different kinds of activities to be applied in teaching vocabulary, grammar and language functions regarding the three different stages; engage, study and activate. Moreover, I learned how to apply the different structures of ESA; straight arrow, patch work and boomerang effectively for each and every single branch/subject.
