Pronunciation is a very challenging class to teach. It is dependent on drilling and memorization so creating engaging or challenging lessons is a challenge. But serious learners of English value this skill.This chapter is about teaching productive skills: Speaking and writing. learners usually incorporate receptive and productive skills in certain activities. it is extremely important to find out the reasons as to why they need to start speaking and writing. For example, they might need to communicate with others in the future, or they want to listen or to say something, and or they are interested and curious to what the conversation or article is about.
