This unit covered tests and assessments, including what the difference between internal and external tests are and why students would be interested in external assessments. The unit also covered What type of tests there, and what information a teacher can expect to receive from them. For example if a teacher is trying to find out what students may need more attention they could consult results of a progress test to see what students are not retaining information.This unit goes into detail of the various uses and modifications of present tense verbs. Specifically, there are four variations of present tense verbs: present simple, present continuous, present perfect and present perfect continuous. For each, this unit usefully gives examples of the variation in affirmative (positive) form, negative form and question form. The lesson also discusses ways to teach this generally difficult part of English to non-native speakers.
