This Unit teaches us how to manage class well. For example, Good eye contact is need in the classroom, it helps you to check if the students pay attention in class or not. Also I learnt that rapport is very important between the teachers and students. To be a good teacher, we should know how to manage the classroom setting, like how the students should sit, which methods is good for them. Sometimes, we have to leave them to work in pairs or groups, it can help them to increase the talking time in the classroom. For a teacher, it is very important to manage their behaviour in the classroom because it may affect their learning effectively. If there are any disciplinary problems occurs, we should always be clam, and talk to the students and find out the reason, love them, treat them equally is a must for a good teacher.
