Unit 5 showed materials related to animals. There were pictures of two tigers, an elephant, a monkey, a kangaroo and a snake. Four drawings depicted a friendly interaction between a cat and a bird. Activity A was an animal word search and Activity B was an animal memory game also called pelmanism.

It's essential to be informed of the culture, etiquette and political background of the country where one chooses to work. One may find TEFL job offers online or travel to the country and look in person. The course also gives tips on how to write a CV/resume and a cover letter. There are further examinations and courses teachers may take to get additional qualifications.
