This is how our TEFL graduates feel they have gained from their course, and how they plan to put into action what they learned:
This unit was rather tricky because I know what they are talking about, but have never really studied it except in junior high and high school. This unit was talking about tenses for present tense and how it is broken down. I feel that I have learned more about how to break down and construct basic present tense sentences now than I did in high school. It also confused me more and I still don't think I understand fully how they want us to break down the sentences and teach them to make it into more complex sentence structure. Mostly because I do it automatically and dont' have to think about it and when I do, I confuse myself. Overall, I think that this section was one I will have to look over again to make sure I can teach the students correctly and not get confused with my own explanations of what I do subconsciously.
