Unit 4 definitely starts explaining more specific and essential grammar points needed for explaining day to day actions, past accounts, and ongoing events/actions. I found it helpful that the unit was organized into 4 categories: definition, grammar structure, uses, and teaching activities. I like how it gave definitions/uses of each tense for example; “present simple is used for describing actions in progress, habits/routines, history sequences, etc.†The grammar structure diagrams (present continuous: subject + aux. verb to be + verb +ing) were also useful in helping me know how to put together sentences in each of the tenses. The listed teaching activities were also creative and efficient in teaching the application of each of the present tenses. This unit was well organized and a really great review for me.
