First of all, this unit has inspired me to reflect upon my teaching methods and strategies. Obviously, during my language studies I got acquainted with those methodical concepts. However, since I have been an English teacher for more than 17 years I have built my personal teaching confidence. Nevertheless, there has come a period in my life when I feel a powerful urge to refresh and improve my teaching knowledge. To summarise the unit I have just completed, I strongly believe a fair share of various teaching approaches such as being a facilitator, prompter, manager, assessor and all the others makes one an inspirational teacher. Such as the one given as an example in the following well known quotation: \"The mediocre teacher tells. The good teacher explains. The superior teacher demonstrates. The great teacher inspires.\
