This is a very informative unit. I've learnt a lot about teaching, especially teaching business English, and learning. This unit explains the roles of a teacher in a different way: a instructor, a facilitator, a mentor, a psychologist, a counsellor and a policeman. This explanation is different from what I have learnt form Tesol courses. I think the reason for the difference is that when teaching business English, most students are adults with occupations. Therefore, we need to play in more roles such as mentor, psychologist and counsellor when we teach. This unit also compare the pros and cons of teaching one to one class and teaching groups. Besides that, this unit also helped me to go through some teaching methodologies and introduced the ESA teaching methodology with details. In a sentence, it's a really helpful unit.
