In this unit we studied a teacher isn't just a teacher but also a manager and organizer who manages and organize the activities and the performances holds in the classroom. The eye contact and gestures shows how to address the students and how to deal when they respond, also we learned the pros and cons of the grouping system, the arrangement of the classroom by making necessary changes on the basis of different activities and students in order to make the class environment more intimidate and enjoyable. This unit enlighten the need of teachers talk time and student talk time. How to maintain discipline and what should be the actions taken by the teacher to prevent negative behavior which occurs in student’s behavior. And what are the instructions should be given to the students and in the last establishing a rapport.
