In this unit we learned about being a teacher what are the methodologies and techniques should be used. We learned in ESA system that first we need to engage with the students without interrupting them during their practice and as less as we correct them would be better, In study stage we should make them learn and give them new concepts of learning and help them correcting errors when needed but without interrupting, In activate stage, students should be more encouraged to practice their language as much as they can. Teacher should know the difference between errors and mistakes and should know when and how to correct them without demotivating or humiliating the student. Also can use writing corrections for written work. Feedback is quite important to get to know that how much and deep the students know about the language.
