This unit was all about how to manage a classroom. As an introverted person, one of my fears is not being able to control my classroom. The information in this unit will help me immensely in the future. I liked how it broke down seating arrangements and group work arrangements to give the pros and cons. I already have some sort of idea of which methods work best in different situations from what I noticed as a student in my language classes in college. There were definitely times where, like the lesson said, working in pairs made it very noisy and many of us would switch back to English to make it easier. The section on discipline was useful for me as well. I'm the type of person that likes to avoid conflict, but I know that I need to be somewhat strict and take care of problems immediately so things don't get out of control.
