From this unit I have learnt how to develop and organize a course in regard of students' English knowledge and students' needs. I have learnt differences between different types of tests, when to conduct those tests and what kind information I will get from those tests.Also, I have learnt about different types of syllabus and I have got a general idea of how it should be designed. Also, I have learnt about ALTE - what does it stand for and what they are doing.Since the videos were a bit low quality I had to watch it several times to try to understand what was said and what was written. Though I did enjoy the side by side comparisons of teaching styles, really helped see why certain things worked better than others. Even being a native speaker the way he was teaching in the first lesson would be difficult if someone didn't already know the terminology for some grammar points and need to be introduced in another way.
