I learned that in this lesson its important on how you organize and manage your class. Also that you want to equally engage all your students. This lesson helped me understand the importance of class management and keeping a positive and enthusiastic environment. This way all students behave and keep good rapport with the teacher. Its also important on how you set up you class and seating arrangements for students. That way they don't feel intimidated and have easy set ups for partner work. For example seating them in a horseshoes and circles setting the students become more focus on the lessons and the teacher is in a less dominating position. Thus the classroom becomes far more intimate. This helps keep a good relationship with the students and teacher with less disturbance and more time for students to stay focus and learn.
