In this unit we learned about lesson planning and we learned what goes into a successful less plan. We learned about how we need to find a balance between rigid, scripted and too free loose and chaotic. We need to find the perfect balance with our lesson plans which will allow us to track our progress, objectives and allow us to revise, and be flexible. The lesson plan allows you to figure out the learning objectives, and allows you to figure out what potential barriers or issues that will arise and how to manage them. The lesson plan also lets you write down times, and check your progress, it will allow you to accurately take notes and take good records. You will also be able to diagram ESA and the class level.
Proper planning will allow you to have a more smoothly run and let students learn in a proper environment.
