This unit covers the topic of lesson planning. Planning lessons is important, especially to inexperienced teachers, because a it can help the teacher think through logical steps and suitable activities for the lesson, refer to it throughout the lesson, and review it afterwards to see if the objectives were achieved. The unit also includes an example of a lesson plan and what should be included it in, such as the number of students, the learners' objective, anticipated problems and how to solve them, and the procedures in the lesson and the time allocated to it. But even after planning a lesson, a teacher should remember to be flexible with it and he/she could postpone some tasks to a later lesson if necessary. Evaluating self is also important to the teacher so he/she will be aware of what he/she has to improve on in the future.
