This unit comprises an overview of the teachers and students, their relationships with each other, and how these dynamics affect the success of both teacher and learner. Insight is given into the important roles which are played by a teacher, during class time, and different qualities of a 'good' learner are discussed. The responsibility of a teacher is nicely outlined in the unit, and it is shown how it is important to approach different classes of different ages and different cultures, in a variety of manners if there is to be a successful outcome. This unit allows the student to get a clear understanding of the different elements of a classroom, and how it is important to factor in a number of varying elements of each class, which allows the teacher to be mindful of their won behaviour and approach, as well as their students'.
