I learned the five qualities of a good teacher. A good teacher should be kind and patient. A good teacher should motivate learners. A good teacher should have a good subject knowledge. I also learned the roles of a teacher in the classroom. First a teacher would be a controller, facilitator, model, prompter, participant, and assessor. In addition the learners, there are qualities of a good learner. First a good learner should be willing to experiment the language, accepts correction, has a desire to learn , ask questions if unsure and willing to listen and learn the language. Lastly, there are various reasons the learners want to learn English. Firstly they want to use it for travel abroad. Secondly, to get a high score in their English exam. Thirdly, they want to use it for business abroad. Lastly, to be fluent in speaking English.
