The rapport in the classroom is really important. The students will disengage if they feel various emotions. For example if they dislike classmates they may lose concentration or avoid communication. If they do not respect the teacher they may not appreciate their opinion and therefore not listen, which could lead to bad behaviour. Body language and activities play a big part in building relationships. Students should not feel threatened and should have the opportunity to mix with the whole class.I was quite please with how short and to the point this unit was. Though I wish the business English was a little bit longer and with more details, it was still short enough to where i could understand it and get through it. It would have been more helpful if there were more sample lessons at the end of the unit like there were in the lesson planning unit. With the business english section, there should have been some. I find that Business English is one of the harder sections of English to teach.
