I have learnt more about teaching so far. Teachers actions in their classroom have twice the impact on student achievements. This makes intuitive sense-students cannot learn in a chaotic and poorly managed class. It is very important that there is a balance between the teachers actions that provide clear recognize and reward acceptable behavior.The quality between the teacher and student is the keystone foe all other aspects of classroom management.
I have leant that the important job of a teacher is managing her classroom.This course is getting harder yet more interesting. I have reminded that present and past tenses are quite similar so once you've memorized the rules of the present tense there is no chance of forgetting the rules and usage of the past tense. However still I have to be very careful because some sentences as well as questions are confusing. Just like one question on my Unit Test on Present Tense, I've missed one answer because I misunderstood the question. Tenses are interconnected and one mistakes will lead to a bigger one.
