This unit covered ways to engage several different types and sizes of classes. This is especially important since more \"academically oriented lessons can be a bit boring. The text mentions something to this effect when they mentioned that no one gets excited for learning about the future continuous tense. Instead, there were some ideas for activities to get the class engaged such as games like hangman, etc.
As important as this information is though, it's not as helpful as the information given for starting a class. Introduction games are a great way to get things started.I was expecting something different for this unit. I thought this unit would be about how to make tests and how grade them. This was touched on a bit in the progress section but I wish that it went more in depth with examples like your other units. Other than that I thought this unit was good. I liked the descriptions of the different types of tests to take. My favorite was the list of English Examinations and descriptions. It's a good list to refer to for students that want to take their English to the ultimate level. So I learned a lot in terms of advanced English testing.
