This unit covers the future tenses, often the most difficult for students to learn among the past, present, and future. Before this unit, I hadn't thought of including present tenses doubling as future tenses, but they are the most common way English speakers refer to the future in conversation. The \"going to\" structure I think is especially essential to expressing the future in English. With all of the different forms and usages, it's easy to see how students can get confused with future tenses.The content of this unit is about evaluation and testing; how to evaluate your students progress in the class. This unit explains some ways to assess a students language level by using tutorials, evaluation by the students, and tests. What I've learned from this unit was these ways helps the teacher know where the progress of their students are at. When they takes tests like placement tests, it helps the teacher plan future lessons, but it also helps student with the same language level learn more.
