Before you start your business English course, you need to know: 1. Who is your student? 2. What kind of English language level do they have? 3. What do they really need to know about the English language. The unit 3 is about to help answering on these questions. First meetings,testing systems, needs analysis, syllabuss design, end of course assessment of students, examinations and course evaluations. All of these parts of your teaching are necessary.Unit 20 discussed troubleshooting. Specifically, this lesson taught new teachers how to deal with likely classroom situations. For example, how a teacher should get a quiet student to participate. Additional situations included in the lesson were classroom size, difficulties listening to texts, using their native language during class, and multiple English levels within the class. I appreciate the suggestions made for dealing with these situations.
