When I was young and beggining to learn English,I studied in 2 different schools.The first was very formal,the teacher sticked to the book (wich were really overpriced and famous)and the classes were too detailed and slow.
The second one,the teacher barelly used the book.(Actually,we learned everything from the book,just didn`t have to fisically use it,he were a great teacher)His methods and technics were free and wonderful.
Learning how to choose the right book in this unit,and how to or when to use it were really interesting.Being spoken, parts of grammar can be easily understood, but when they are broken down into subcategories such as relative clauses or phrasal verbs, that is when grammar is put to the test and can become confusing. Modal auxiliary verbs are simply formality enhancers, which are used to emphasize different degrees of politeness by adding on more words to sentences. Additionally, passive and active voices have the potential to make sentences sound almost completely different but mean almost the same thing with the tiniest detail.
