This is how our TEFL graduates feel they have gained from their course, and how they plan to put into action what they learned:
Unit 9 looks at the formation of a lesson plan and how they help structure the lesson and bring a logical sequence to the learning procedure. The ESA format was expanded upon and broken down with examples of how long each section could take to complete and what each activity invloves. In studying this chapter it was highlighted to me the importance of getting feedback from each lesson plan. The feedback is beneficial to keep track of how each lesson went, to gather data from both teacher and student's progress. I have incorporated this into my teaching practice, and it is a really good way to monitor where my students are at and how they are progressing in my class. Having a little feedback book is very helpful when I have a substitute teacher, they have a clear idea of how each student is going and what to expect from them in class
