As I am already familiar with the future tenses, this unit was more of a revision for me. I found the teaching idea to be helpful though. While it is important to be familiar with all tenses, moat students in their day to day lives, will mostly use going to and future simple.Students when learning receptive skills are learning about reading, and listening. People learn receptive skills for different reasons, such as for a purpose or entertainment. They learn these skills through various different ways such as predicting, skimming, scanning, etc. It's important to know that reading and listening are just as important as speaking and writing. It's important to base any lesson that the students will be interested in. As well as to use a variety of topics.
